In
Aug 1984 we were baptised in
water and baptised with the
Holy Spirit.
In Mar 2009 we started this
new journey, Just sitting
down and praying in tongues.
After praying in tongues for
4 to 5 hours a day for 5
years, we are Now seriously
overflowing with the Holy
Spirit.
The Bible mentions speaking
in tongues 35 times.
The manifestation that came
with the gift of the Holy
Spirit was speaking in
tongues.
Jesus commanded us to
receive the gift of the Holy
Spirit, with the evidence of
speaking in tongues.
When we speak in tongues, we
strengthen ourselves.
The Scriptures exhort us to
be filled with the Spirit
and to pray in the Spirit, praying
in tongues.
This new language is the
greatest gift the Holy
Spirit can give a believer.
Speaking in tongues is part
of our spiritual armor.
This new language enables us
to have spirit-to-Spirit
communication with God.
When we speak in tongues, we
experience personal
transformation.
Praying in tongues builds
and increases our faith.
When we speak in tongues, we
build capacity for God.
Praying in tongues activates
the fruit of the Spirit.
When we speak in tongues, we
are speaking mysteries.
Praying in tongues is the
main way we fulfill the
scriptural admonition to
“pray without ceasing.”
The Holy Spirit directs our
new language to pray in
accordance with the will of
God.
Praying in tongues quiets
the mind and helps us to
hear God.
Speaking in tongues is a
form of communication to
God. It is a prayer,
also a form of praising God.
It is, thereby, also a form
of true worship to God the
Father.
Here are
the reasons why speaking
in tongues is so
important to the
Spiritual growth of a
Christian.
There
are diverse kinds of
speaking in tongues, tongues
for edification, tongues for
interpretation and tongues
for intercession (1Cor
12:5-10).
Speaking in tongues is tied
to the Gospel of Mark's
great commission (Mark
16:14–20).
Tongues were the visible
proof and sign that the
disciples received the Holy
Spirit (Acts 1:5,
2:2-4, 10:44-46, 19:5-6).
Speaking in tongues is what
convinced both Peter and the
governing church authority
(the Apostles) that the
Gentiles are saved and could
be saved (Acts
11:15-16).
Speaking in tongues was a
vital part of the Apostle
Paul's life and teaching (1Cor
14:18).
Speaking in tongues is a
supernatural language by
God's Spirit given by God to
believers (1Cir
14:14).
Speaking in tongues gives us
spirit-to-spirit
communication with God (Rom.
8:26-27).
Speaking in tongues allows
us to access the mysteries
of God (1Cor
14:2, Eph 1:9, 3:3-9,
6:19, Col 1:26-27, 2:2,
1Tim 3:9, Rev 10:7).
Praying in tongues is the
number one way believers
strengthen themselves (1 Cor
14:2, Judy 19-20).
Praying in tongues is always
the perfect prayer and
fulfills the mandate to pray
without ceasing (Rom
8:26-27, 1Thess 5:17).
Praying in tongues releases
intercession for us and
people we don’t know as part
of our spiritual armor (Eph
6:18).
Praying in tongues is
governmental because it
accesses the heart and will
of God on earth (Rom
8:26-27, Eph 2:18, 1John
5:14).
Praying in the Spirit renews
our minds and we become
Christ-like in character (Rom 12:2,
2Cor 3:18, 2Cor 4:6, Eph
4:22-24, Col 3:10).
Praying in tongues builds
the interior life of the
believer (1Cor
14:4, Col 2:7, Jude 19).
Speaking in tongues (
tongues for interpretation)
builds an effective Ministry
in the Spirit realm and then
on Earth (1Cor
12:28-30).
Praying in tongues is the
rest and the refreshing of
GOD (Mat
11:28-29, Act 3:19, 1Cor
14:20-22, Isa 28:11-12,
Heb 12:25, Heb 4:9-11).
Praying in tongues, softens
our heart so that we can
hear GOD (Psa 95:8,
Act 19:9, Rom 2:5, Heb
3:7-16, Heb 10:29, Heb
12:25).
And this is only the tip of
the iceberg concerning
speaking in tongues.

SALVATION IS NOT MERELY A
"FEELING"
Don't let feelings get in
the way of true bible facts.
So how many thousands and
thousands of souls do thay
think thay have won for
CHRIST?????
Everybody gives their heart,
make a decision and a public
confession, but nobody's
changed.
We all should be
baptized and filled with
the Holy Spirit speaking
in tongues and be on fire.
Romans 10:9 states:
"If thou shalt confess
with thy mouth the
Lord Jesus and shalt believe
with thine heart
that God has raised Him from
the dead thou shalt be
saved".
Paul SAID:
Act 19:2-6 Have ye
received the Holy Ghost
since ye believed?
Rom 8:9 You,
however, are not in the
flesh but in the Spirit, if
in fact the Spirit of God
dwells in you. Anyone
who does not have the
Spirit of Christ does not
belong to him. (ESV)
It's more than just the
decision.
During the last century this
text has been considered by
fundamentalists such as
Baptists and Brethren to be
a promise depicting the way
of salvation for sinful man.
As a result evangelical
campaigns are mounted whose
sole aim is to induce people
to make a "decision for
Christ" followed by a public
confession such as answering
an altar call. Every type of
psychological technique is
used to promote these
decisions, the candidate is
then told he is saved. As we
shall see, this can be
totally incorrect and the
above scripture is being
grossly misused.
The key to the above verse
is that we must believe
"in our hearts" for
salvation. We put the
question "Which heart"? The
Bible refers to two. There
is the heart of man and the
new heart promised to those
filled with God's Holy
Spirit.

believe, man or JESUS the

The work of the HOLY
SPIRIT in the life of a
believer.
He's in us, around us
and on us at all times, in over

He gives us the mind of
CHRIST, the transforming power
of thinking the thoughts of
JESUS.

The key is to create spiritual
clarity and awareness of the
things you need to stop doing
that might be holding you back
or getting in your way of
progress so that you can start
dealing with them. From there
you can start creating new Holy
Spirit lead behaviours that
serve you better, help you to
move forward and set yourself up
to succeed in this life and the
one to come.

Over
the
last few decades a new movement
has slowly been developing
within the Christian church. It
has crossed denominational lines
and has become influential in
some churches. Although many
aspects are new, the basis for
this movement is found in the
Scriptures, notably in the
ministry of Jesus. As this
movement has gained wider
recognition many Christians have
begun to ask questions. These
questions concern the Biblical
basis for some of the teachings
and practices which have become
an accepted part of this

DELIVERANCE
PRAYERS
There are many good DELIVERANCE
prayers that have been written
and printed in books and in
loose-leaf form. Some of these
prayers are general and some
have been written for specific
purposes.
The ideal prayer is the one
prayed by the individual to
cover the specific area of the
person's life that is being
ministered to at that time.

There are three important
aspects to healing:

Appreciate that it is God's will
to heal you.

Don't be misled into believing
that your sickness can bring
glory to God, and that God will
heal you at the 'right' time.
People who think like this often
quote the scripture "All things
work together for good to them
that love God, to them who are
called according to His purpose"
(Rom 8:28). Your sickness is not
good. A child of God should not
be bound in any way, but should
be free to speak the WORD of GOD
boldly: "If you continue in my
word, then are ye my disciples
indeed; And ye shall know the
truth and the truth shall make
you free. (John 8:31-32.)

Believe that God's will is not
just a principle or a
philosophy, but positive action
- "and with his stripes we are
healed'' (Isa 53:5).
Accordingly, put faith into
action - "Now faith is the
substance of things hoped for,
the evidence of things not
seen", Heb 11:1 - Faith produces
evidence of things not yet seen.

major forces.
There are two major forces or
powers influencing mankind in
the earth. These two forces are
mentioned in Ac
26:18. “To open their
eyes, to turn them from darkness
to light, and from the power of
Satan unto God.” One force
causes blindness, darkness, i.e.
satanic power, and it leads to
eternal destruction. The other
force gives sight, light, and is
the power of God bringing
forgiveness of sins and eternal

What is the purpose of
tongues?
Few understand what
speaking in tongues is really
all about. Surprisingly it is
the least understood subject
among believers and yet the most
debated.
It would be surprising to many
to find that the Bible
mentions speaking in tongues
35 times. Jesus himself
stated that it would be a sign.
It is a sign, to build you up in
faith, to give rest to your
soul, to edify you, gives thanks
to God in the best way, a method
of knowing the will of God and
the Spirit also helps in our
weaknesses.

What Must You Do To
Be SAVED?
THE
SECRET IS IN BELIEVING.
The word
"believe" actually means
to "adhere to " or "trust
in" or "rely on".
Obviously, to
"acknowledge" Jesus Christ
is not to "rely on" Him.
To admit His
sacrifice and resurrection
from the grave is not to
trust Him, and to attend
some organisation bearing
His name is not
necessarily to adhere to
Him.
BELIEVING IS
OBEYING.
If we really
believe Him, we obey Him.
We believe He is alive and
that He has given to us
the plan of salvation. We
accept gladly the pattern
of repentance,
of water
baptism and the
promised power of the Holy Spirit.
Our obedience
indicates that we rely on
Him, we "trust" Him to
save us from sin and to
fill us with the Holy
Spirit. such believing
will bring the power of
God into our lives.

of great tribulation,
and have washed
their robes, and made
them white in the blood of the Lamb.

wise masterbuilder, you
shall know the design.

Mat 7:24
Therefore whosoever heareth
these sayings of mine, and
doeth them, I will liken him
unto a wise man, which built his house

The design or plan of
the building is from GOD the
architect;
all things must be done
according to the pattern which
he has exhibited;
but the execution of this plan
was entrusted chiefly to Paul;
he was the wise or experienced
masterbuilder
which God used in order to lay
the foundation; to ascertain
the essential and immutable
doctrines of the Gospel - those alone which came
from God, and which
alone he would bless to the
salvation of mankind.
Let
every man take heed how he
buildeth thereupon.
1Co 10:12 Wherefore
let him that thinketh he
standeth take heed lest he
fall.

According to the grace of God
which is given unto me, as a

Speaking in tongues
opens to you the mystery of
GOD.
Paul prayed in
tongues a lot and received
revelation, understanding and
knowledge of
the kingdom of GOD.
Joh 14:25 These things
have I spoken unto you, being
yet present with you.
Joh 14:26 But the Comforter,
which is the Holy Ghost,
whom the Father will
send in my name, he
shall teach you
all things, and bring
all things to your
remembrance, whatsoever I have said
unto you.
The Father sent JESUS
with the DOCTRINE.
John 7:15
And the Jews marvelled,
saying, How knoweth this man
letters, having never learned?
John 7:16 Jesus answered
them, and said, My doctrine is not mine,
but his that sent me.
John 7:17
If any man will do his will, he
shall know of the doctrine,
whether it be of God, or
whether I speak of myself.
John 7:18 He that
speaketh of himself seeketh
his own glory: but he that
seeketh his glory that sent
him, the same is true, and no
unrighteousness is in him.
1Co 3:11 For other
foundation can no man lay than
that is laid, which is Jesus

tribulation, and have

Rember the
Parable of the Wise and
Foolish Virgins?
How lucky are you to
get a second chance to fix up
your broken
condemned house
laying down your life and maybe your head
in the great
tribulation.
Jud 1:19 These be
they who separate
themselves, ( from
the life of the Spirit)
sensual, having not the
Spirit. (not using the power
of the Spirit) Is that you?
